Clonattin Village

Clonattin Village was a development of 600 houses and associated village centre in Gorey, Co. Wexford. The scale of the development in this area was unique and aimed to create a community with both social and commercial development included.

NBC carried out all enabling works on the site to tight timeframe objectives. As well as internal roads and services it was necessary to install main drainage to the on-site treatment plant. This was one of several large housing developments where we carried out the complete package of groundworks up to floor slab level as required.
